Here’s everything you’re probably wondering before taking a seat at the table.

Is Six in the City for me?
If you’re single, 30+, curious about yourself, and craving friendships that go beyond “we should totally grab coffee sometime” yes, this is for you.

Is this women-only?
It is!

One table. Six women. No explanations needed.

Is this a dating event?
Nope.
This is about friendship, connection, and that feeling of finally meeting women who get it.

What age group is this for?
30+ only.
You’ll be seated with women in a similar life chapter, because context matters!

​

Do I need to live in Cape Town?
Yes. You’ll need to be Cape Town–based and able to get to our event locations across the City Bowl (CBD, Gardens, De Waterkant),Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Sea Point, Green Point),
or the Southern Suburbs (Constantia, Newlands).

Good things are worth the drive.

Why the questionnaire?
Because chemistry doesn’t happen by accident.
Your answers help us thoughtfully curate your table and create space for real connection.

 

Is my information kept private?
Always.
Your details are used only for matching and nothing else.

When will I know where and when the event is?
Once your table is complete, we’ll email you all the details. Date, time and venue.

What happens at the event?
You’ll take a seat with five like-minded single women.
We provide conversation prompts designed to skip the small talk, from icebreakers and flirting IRL to reflect on relationships, self-growth, and single life stuff.
Think meaningful, fun, and refreshingly real.

Where are the events held?
At carefully chosen venues across the City Bowl (CBD, Gardens, De Waterkant), Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Sea Point, Green Point), or the Southern Suburbs (Constantia, Newlands).

Who takes care of food and drinks?
The venue does.
We curate the experience; they handle the rest.

​

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.

​

What if I can’t attend my date?
If you let us know that you can't join the party, 24h after receiving your seat at the table confirmation email, we’ll place you back on the waiting list to be re-matched when a new table becomes available.

What if I cancel last minute?
Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations result in forfeiting your ticket.

​

What if I am too shy and want to bring a friend with me? 

We are selling tickets to do triple dates, so you can buy a ticket for you and your friend (go to our sales section). However, your friend must also be single, your friend won't need to fill in the questionnaire. We believe that if your friend will get on well with the people we will match you with, as we will get to know you through the questionnaire we send you after you buy the tickets. We will be in touch when we find also inseparable friends that want to grow their circle too!
